Stage Kit Guide

Implementation of assets is what can really separate your event from a regular old zoom meeting to a jaw-dropping experience. Creating an environment that sets itself apart from just a person on screen is something that will really deliver an event experience.

Our Stage Kit feature is a self-serve feature that we've built into your event's control panel. The Stage Kit offers stock video, audio, backgrounds, and some customizable overlays.

Where to Find Stage Kit

The location of Stage Kit are in different locations depending if you are using the Agenda Builder view or Legacy view of the Multimedia Panel.

Agenda Builder

It is available anytime you click "Add to Session" you will see Stage Kit appear in the pop up at the top.

Legacy

Stage Kit appears at the bottom of the Multimedia Panel.

What is in Stage Kit

Stage Kit will offer 4 types of assets:

• Overlays
• Video
• Audio
• Backgrounds

Overlays

You will have access to a variety of customizable static and dynamic overlays. They each will offer different areas of customization. Let's break them down one by one:

Agenda

This overlay will dynamically update to any changes to session information in the agenda builder.

Bottom Left Message

Lower 3rd with 2 fields of text with customizable background color

Call to Action

Create an overlay that has an actionable button on the stage or QR code. It will also generate a link in the chat that is clickable and able to pin.

Card Prompt

Bottom centered prompt that defaults to a Q&A call to action. The prompt and text are customizable with customizable background color

Centered Message

Animated center of stage message. You are able to edit the text and able to hide the animation. Colors assigned to asset are your primary and secondary brand colors.

Countdown

Animated starting soon countdown timer. Text and timer duration are editable, along with the ability to hide the animation. Colors assigned to asset are your primary and secondary brand colors.

Session Title

Very similar to Centered Message, the text has a higher font size and you can select different background options.

Side Graphic

Upload your own graphics! You can set them to be on the right or left side of the screen, along with some image scaling options.

Top Left Message

Create a simple overlay with text at the top left corner or bottom right corner of the stage.

‍

Video

You have the option of two stock videos you can play during your event.

Audio

Stock audio file to play during your event

Backgrounds

‍

Brand Color Backgrounds

Choice between using your primary or secondary brand colors

Patterned backgrounds

You have the option of various patterned backgrounds. Colors are based on your brand colors

Animated backgrounds

You have the option of various animated backgrounds. Colors are based on your brand colors

Editing Assets

Customizable assets can be edited in the Agenda Builder after you have added them. You will either see the text "Edit" in blue or you can select the Pen icon in the pop up that appears when you hover over the asset.
