How to Add Questions from Q&A to the Stage during your Webinar or Virtual Event

Within Welcome's webinar platform you can add Q&A questions to the main display for all audience members and attendees to see. To add questions from the Q&A panel to the stage, first ensure you are in Welcome Studio and have Q&A enabled. 

When a question is asked you want to display on the stage, navigate to the Q&A tab in the right hand panel.

Hover over the question you want to answer. You will see a “+” sign appear indicating that you can add that question to the stage. 

Click on the “+” sign to add the question to the stage.

The question will now display on the main stage for all attendees to see. To remove the question, simply click on the “-” minus sign next to the question.
