Block and Prevent Access from Email Domains for your webinar or virtual event
If you are concerned about spam from a certain domain, competitors joining your webinar, or simply want to tighten up access to your webinar or virtual event, you can control access by navigating to the “Registration Options”>”Access” page, and clicking on the “More options” drop down in the “Access Type” section.
Toggle on “Control Event Access Via Email”.
Once toggled on, you can choose to “Deny Domains”.
Click the “Add Domain” button, and begin adding domains. Hit “Enter” after each domain you add.
You can apply the same principles by creating an “Allow Email Domains” list as well. This option may be better suited if you’re hosting a private webinar for just a few prospects or customers and do not want any other attendees.
