View and Manage Staff (Producers/Hosts) for your Webinar or Virtual Event (Pre-Live)

To view and manage staff (producers/hosts) of your webinar or event, simply login to Welcome's webinar software and navigate to the staff page of the event. 

From here, you can:

  • Download a list of staff
  • Manually add staff
  • Convert staff to speakers, moderators, or attendees
  • Edit staff information
  • Delete staff

Note: If you are at your staff (producers/host) limit as listed on your contract, you will not be able to add members here and must contact Welcome. You will be prompted with the following message in this scenario:
