How to Add Assets or Cue Notes to your Sessions for your Webinar or Virtual Event

After you’ve built out your high level run of show by adding sessions/agenda items, you can begin adding your assets, cue notes, and detail out your run of show within Welcome's webinar software.

To get started, click on “Add to Session” within the session you want to add assets or details to. You will then be presented with a few options. You can:

• Add cue notes (reminders, when to put someone on stage, to take certain actions, etc)
• Upload your own files (overlays, backgrounds, videos, music, logos, images, etc)
• Add/create polls
• Use Stage Kit - Our library of templates, automatically branded to your event, including video, audio, editable overlays, CTAs, backgrounds and more.
