On-Demand Virtual Events and Webinars

In some scenarios you may want to create a virtual event or webinar that is JUST on-demand and published to your audience at a specific time and date. This can be an efficient method for capturing leads without the need to be hosting a live virtual event or webinar.

Note: On-demand events will be published/available to your audience at the START time/date you set for the event/webinar.

In order to to create an on-demand webinar or virtual event on Welcome's webinar platform, first navigate to to your Event Details page of the event.

From here, change the event type from "Live" (default) to "On-Demand".

Continue to scroll down in the Event Details page and ensure "Make recordings available" is enabled"

Last, navigate to Content Creator and upload the video content you want to make on-demand.

Upload content by clicking on the upload icon in the top right.

‍

Ensure you publish the content you want to make available for on-demand viewing by toggling the "publish" toggle on.

‍

Your content will now be available for on-demand viewing at the START time and date of the event.
