Registration Cover Photo

Specs: 800x800; PNG, JPEG, GIF

Customize your registration page by including your own cover photo.

NOTE: The event description on the left of the cover photo is up to 300 characters and if you go beyond the limit it will start to change the dimensions of the cover photo.

Background Instructions

Specs: 16:9 1920x1080; PNG, JPEG, GIF, SVG

Backgrounds live behind all your stage layers. Think of this as a backdrop to whatever is on stage (note that they will not show up if there is only one speaker on stage).

• This is what you attendees can see when they first enter the auditorium. Give them a warm welcome!

• Create stunning backgrounds to complement multiple speakers on stage.

Overlay Instructions

Overlays give you the creative freedom to transform your stage with immersive custom graphics. Overlays go over the content on stage, unlike backgrounds.

Specs: 16:9 1920x1080; PNG, GIF, SVG

Here are a few tips:

For GIFs no interlacing and stay at 256 bit color rather than an expanded color space.

Coverage

• You can choose to take up the entire stage, however, keep in mind where the presenter will be.

Have Fun! There are so many applications for overlays. From lower thirds to split screen, and from diagrams to equations.

HD Video and Audio

Whether its an intro video, pre-recorded content, or more, play full HD videos for you audience to enjoy.

Video Specs: 16:9 up to 1080p; MP4 with H264 + AAC encoding; max video size 1GB

• Note: Please be sure videos have 2 - 3 seconds of buffer before your first speaker begins speaking.

Audio Specs: MP3; max file size 1GB

Photobooth Templates

Create fun, branded, or sponsored backgrounds for the Photobooth.

Specs: 1080x1350; PNG, JPEG

Icons

Appears at the top left corner of the event page.

Specs: 200x200

Logos

Appear at the top left corner of the registration page.

Specs: Ideally transparent background, png file, 150px tall, 200px wide

Lounge Room Logos

Specs: 1:1 ratio (a square). Example: 200x200 or 400x400, etc
