Make Recordings of your Webinar or Virtual Event Available to your Audience

You can make the recordings of your webinar or virtual event available to your audience by toggling on the “Make recordings available” toggle. This is located at the bottom of the event details page. 

*This MUST be enabled for your audience to see any published version of your recordings.*

After toggling this on, you will be presented with additional options to automatically publish your recording as soon as it's done processing and to require registration in order to view the recording.

Published recordings will be viewable from the registration page of the event. The same registration page link provided to your audience will now display the recording of the event or webinar.

Note: If you do NOT enable “Auto-publish recordings” you will need to manually publish the recording from the Content Creator page. While most users choose to auto-publish, some users may choose to edit the recording and upload an edited version before publishing the recording. This requires the additional step of navigating to the Content Creator page and toggling “publish” for your desired recording (see image below).
